but with 9 seaso of experience, you'd expect someone to be in the second division by now ( ok, Italy is very competitive, but then atleast be at the top of the 3 division)
what some people misunderstand is that experience doesn't mean playing this game for a certain ammount of seasons, but actually understanding the game and improving.
now to help the Lubnan users a bitt here, i'll ask all candidates to answer these questions:
first off: what do you think a U21 coach should be? what is his main task?
2) what is the essential difference between U21 and NT teams?
3) what is missing in your speeches ( Takis 16, JohnkarydiS and max1984brillafauci, you ALL are forgetting one crutial thing)
