To Whom It May Concern:

Hello, I'm Duke, manager of the Maine Lobstahs. I'm looking for the opportunity to manage a U21 National Team, and would appreciate your consideration.

As far as a resume is concerned,
- I began in the U.S.A's league V in season 8, going 20-2 and promoting in my first season.
- In Season 9, I made it to the league finals, and lost by 1 in the deciding game 3.
- I was able to promote to Division III, going 21-1 and winning my league IV championship.
- This last season I went 13-9 in a challenging Division III league.

I take winning very seriously and do a great deal of scouting and research into my opponents tactics, lineup preferences, etc. I think that with an aggressive training regimen for your country's U21 players you can certainly be competitive. I noticed that currently there are only 8 players on the team; I would certainly like to include more. I recognize the importance of developing young players who eventually would play for the National Team too.

I have read through your forums, including the complaints and problems regarding the previous coach. With no disrespect toward him, I'd like you to know that I am a very active manager, and would certainly quickly respond to anyone's questions or concerns.

Thanks for your consideration, best of luck to your National Team this year.

Regards,
Duke

As far as I'm concerned I'm very happy that Rick James time is ended and I'd like to run for the N-21 Manager position again. Honestly I think that it could be better anyway than the previous management and if you like not to risk what happened in the past well...here I am. If someone is interested in cooperating as a scout or smth like that that's welcome. I won't go on further...I think you know me enough and maybe you can be tired of me! Just joking...any help and good wish is welcome!

Hello Scotland!

Curriculum
I am Newton07, coach of the Smelly Cats (46743), team of Italian Div.II.
I have been around in BB since season 3, climbing up from Div.V to Div.II in the first 4 seasons and than always around play-off positions in the following seasons.
After so many seasons I still enjoy this game, so no fear that I am going to neglect the U21-NT, in case I am elected :)

Objectives
- First of all I would like to start a good scouting system. We need to make sure that all decent prospects are spotted and adequately followed by scouts in their growth, not to waste possible future NT players.
- Second, for a small country like Scotland, the enthusiasm management will be a must. It will be necessary to sacrifice games we have no chances to win... and play our enthusiasm in closer games.
- Third. I would like to make the Scottish community participate in this project. I will need a couple of managers to help me both in the scouting process and for the games preparation.
Moreover, I am going to be interact in the forum during games to introduce the opponent and discuss our tactical approach.

I'll be glad to discuss with you my vision of the game in the debate thread.

Vote for Newton07! ;)

Cheers!
