Hello everyone.

I am Delija1308 and my team is called the Dragonsi (100292). I play this game 7 of the season and the biggest success of my entry in the second league.
I would like to become a coach and Singapore to help your team to be one of the best in Asia and the world. Would improve the work with young and talented players like Singapore and preparing them for a selection.
It would be in contact with all potential national team players and managers would assist them about training and schedule of playing time for better form.


I organized a coaching staff in which the managers were all prominent in Singapore, and together would be arranged around the tactics for the match and much more.
This system work with coaching staff for a long time work in Serbia and gives excellent results.
When I became a coach would strengthen ties with all teams, particularly with Serbia, which became a world superpower in the BB world.

Hello everybody!

I am playing Buzzerbeater since Season 3 and I am currently playing in the third German league with my team 'Eperaner Baskets'. I am following a very sustainable style of managing my team and so I would like to do with a U21 team, as far as possible.

Over the time I got a better understanding of all the little and sophisticated functions of the game and managing to create stars out of young talented players is one of these function. This is probably the most important task the manager of a U21 NT is faced with.

Of course I cannot manage to get your team into the top of the world "out of the box" but I would try to establish more "professional" structures like a scouting team for players of different ages and a staff team that helps me analyze the next opponent and so on.
