It seems to me that TV contracts were calculated before new teams were brought over. Last season Estonia's Kõrgliiga had 136k, but during the season one team was computerized and another one sold all his players. I assume that is the reason why TV contract dropped to 124k.

Wouldn't it be correct to calculate TV contract after new teams from II league have been brought up?

Last season, TV contracts were updated twice. Once directly after the season update and another one after the first week. At least I guess it was something like this.

Good because with 150k more salaries, the -10% of my TV contract is killing me...
