Great pick, and congrats on moving up ;). I think for now you should just blindly train his inside skills, at least that's what I would do. Then later along the road you may wonder if you need to give him some training in driving, OD, etc. His stamina and FT are low, but I assume he'll have a few years of training, so plenty of 2-game-weeks to improve that! Good luck

Cheers, Yeah I plan on training Inside skills up heaps, but I also want to train passing up to Strong. Do you think that is a good idea? What do you think I should do about the low Driving and low Jump Range? Is it worth training?

It depends on how long it takes to get him up to strong. To do that you'll have to play him out of position and it may hurt your team, so you'll have to manage that as well. Driving may be easier to train if you train forwards. As for jump range, it depends. If you want him to play PF then it might be useful, if he's just going to play C then he's not likely to be too far away from the basket :P

haha true, I could always play him out of position in the scrimmage, that way it won't matter. For me he is just going to play Center so you are right, I guess I can leave Jump Range as it is. I think I'll try and train Passing up a few levels (I don't like having stats less than mediocre lol). Cheers

Lol. Yeah, that's what scrimmages are for! But every now and then my scrimmages turn into big blowouts and my brilliant coach decides that my trainee should be taken off for an ovation and get only 47 mins of training :P. Decent passing and handling prevent turnovers, that's always a boost. My big men turn the ball over a lot, and they're too old to learn anything new :P

haha yeah stupid coaches! lol Well I don't want his salary to get too expensive too quick so I think I'm going to try and get everything up to strong except Jump Range and Outside Defence :D Cheers for the tips. If anyone else has an opinion feel free to chime in :)
