I just have a minute here at work so I didn't have time to look up how to report cheaters - but this looks like an obviosu one.
This player has a 670K bid:

Well I do, but that's not the point.
The point is this player is terrible and someone is bidding 670K on him. It's probably a guy with two teams, or two friends sending money.
