How many minutes does a player need to pop in experience.

No one knows. But it is a LOT! Every minute played adds experience, but it can take well over a season to get a pop.

Yeah it takes so long that you don't look at it anymore, and then one day you look and it's suddenly not atrocious anymore :P

That is 1-1.5 seasons playing the guy at starter every game. (so 30+ min a game)

For the higher leagues where youngsters don't usually get to start right away, it can take a lot longer

Experience is gained with playing minutes. In BB there are several types of matches:

1. League Match
2. Tournament Match
3. PO match
4. RL Match
5. Scrimmage Match
6. BBB Match
7. NT (or U-21) competitive match
8. NT (or U-21) Scrimmage match.
(PL match doesn't fall to this category).

I believe that each match gives the player different amount of experience points.

So far, there are no data about the amount of experience points a player gets from playing each of these matches. However, I expect that playing in NT (U-21) competitive matches gives most experience.

Furthermore, (some say that) individual performances in a match such as scoring a match winner (or maybe match winning block) can give extra experience points.

not every game, but 48+ minutes in a week, I think it's ok. They can pop-up even earlier, if they play for example in NT/U21 matches, or in a lot of cup/league games. But, definitely NT/U21 games give them more experience, like other games.
