48-96 should be good :) if u will play more than 100 minutes in week players Game Shape can decrease. To get a pop in training player have to play 48+ minutes per week on trained position. sorry for my english :P

More than 75 you take the risk for GS to drop.

96 is crazy for managing GS. Anything above 80 is bad for GS
