Ahh...ok thanks. I wonder if it is related to the level of league you are in. I.E. Updates I.1 of every country, then II.1, then II.2, etc...

From my understanding, it goes country by country (in pretty much all updates of this sort)... so if you haven't received your updates, its likely no American manager has yet, but will likely quite soon.

Hmm...strange, I wonder if they are running the updates backwards this time...usually USA is the first to receive anything (like draft picks). Guess I don't have a problem with that, just never knew it took more than 2 hours for some countries to get the update.
EDIT: Up to 2.5 hours now...
