well i can tell you that the bb's of this game are not out to rob you of your money. if you paid for two supporters you will get two. mistakes can and do happen and you have to remember that the bb;s are human and need to spend time away from the game. give em a break and just send them one message. in short the problem wil be resolved,you have the supporter for now so just a little patience goes a long way. after all we ( and the bb's) are human.
