Hi
i have a young player that i want to train and i know that one on one trains shoting, ball handling and driving but i want to know what's the best option to take the best result of training for that player
what of these two methods will be faster:
- train One on One,that normally is for 2 positions(guards or fowards)
or
-train Ball Handling and Shoting, just for 1 position?
thanks

Jumpshot is also for 2 position training. What I can tell you is that one position training of ball handling also gives driving a very big boost. So if you have the chance to do 1-position training I would say it's best to train ball-handling 1-position, alternating with JS (or JR that can also be 1-position). That's assuming those are the sole skills you want to improve

well i would say that you should train ball handling and shooting because if a player has low ball handling they will cost u at least 20 turnovers so i'd suggest that
