Well I'm about 99.9% sure my opponent in an upcoming game is going to play me using Run And Gun and a Full Court Press. What should I use to shut him down? By the way my team is full of shooters, I don't have a player with a JS less than average.

Play Run and Gun since you got good shooters
Play 3-2 zone or 1-3-1 zone on defense depending whether you have good rebounders or not

IMO You should play a lower paced offence, meaning you give away less balls to your opponent and his FCP. Reg. the D, im to tired to look at his team but either 3-2 or 1-3-1 would be nice :P

My rebounding aint too shabby. Of the five starters. One has respectable, one with strong, one with strong (but injured), one with proficient. And the one filling in for the injured starter has respectable.
