Of course you can try to win that game. Your enthusiasm is high meaning that even if you play CT, it won't hurt you a lot afterwards (it will drop to 4 or 5 but then you have some league games, which you can TIE and still win, looking at your league record).
Your opponent seems to have a very powerful frontcourt with two high-paid centers. You should play an inside oriented defense, liek 2-3 zone and pray his SG has a bad day. Your offense seems to be quite balanced, so you may try base offense or motion if you have good passers on each position.
If your opponent decides on managing minutes or sticking to training regime, he might not set the most powerful S5. with that and you setting CT I think there is a fair chance you nail it.
