I’m fairly new to BuzzerBeater and have some questions about the staff. Clearly you can tell how good the staff member is by their skill level (basic, competent, advanced . . .). Is a world-renowned staff member with a salary of $30,000 worse than a world-renowned staff member with a salary of $70,000? Also, is it better to get a staff member with a specialty or one without a specialty? I’m just trying to build the best staff possible.

Anything above 16k is too expensive. there are cheaper ones on the market and can be had for a very cheap sign on bonus

I don't like buying level 4 trainers with more than 12k salary. 11k salary advanced trainers are cheap to buy and last a long time.

Yeah... I usually buy a trainer and let his salary rise to around 15.5k or so and then buy another trainer at 11-12k and repeat the process.
