Hey guys! I have an advanced PR Manager and his salary is already up to 17k/week, so I was wondering if it was time to upgrade to a superior PR Manager. Does anyone have an idea of how much of an increase in merchandise revenue I should expect? 5%? 10%? Thanks ;)

I think you would be lucky to get a 5% increase. I switched from a level 4 PR manager to a level 2 PR manager and noticed no difference at all, and the difference between level 5 and level 4 is even smaller, so I wouldn't be expecting much.

That's great because I decided to go for a cheaper level 4 PR manager. I also had to switch from "National Appeal" to "Crowd Involvement", I have some must-win home games down the stretch and could use the extra hand

i have an exceptional PR manager and maybe because im winning and got promoted and am still in the cup, but i've been selling out 100% and even at away games my players are stilling playing very well....

I'd like to think he helps, he is a little expensive but i sell a player with a 5k salary and he makes up the difference and i would rather have him and pay him like 22k a week than have another player or even the extra 5k a week. I think he adds more than that 5k a week

Hey,
I guess it might help, all I'm saying is that I switched from a level 4 to a level 2 with no impact on arena attendance or merchandising. I guess I have been winning pretty much every game so that might be the reason I haven't noticed a difference. If I was losing more games then I might consider getting a higher level PR manager, but for now I don't think it is worth it if you are near the top of your conference.

keep in mind that an active transfer wire and changing player's numbers will result in a decreased merchandise revenue (regardless of the level of PR manager).

I thin the real value of the PR guy is to mitigate attendance attrition during times where you are losing, and to increase the base of season ticket holders. The impact on merchandise sales is there too, but I the bigger impact is attendance (higher revenue stream).

I don't think changing a players number has any correlation to merchandising. That's just a little bonus for supporter and as the BB GMs have often stated, there is no training, or monetary advantage to having supporter. It just provides little quirks that are fun to have and make certain things easier.

I personally think the PR manager makes a big difference in merchandise as mine last year was about 20K MAX but its at like 34K this season, now that may be because i have last years draftee still and i won the season and i still have this season's draftee but i'd like to think that he makes a big enough difference to be worth the extra couple grand.

I don't think the PR manager makes a big difference in merchandise. The reason that your merchandise went from 20k to 34k is primarily because:
1. You got 3 additional draftees which boost your merchandise.
2. You promoted which increases your merchandise.

I think a PR manager is only really useful if you are a losing team (i.e. lose a lot of matches) and so the PR manager will still get you slightly better attendance. However, if you are winning almost every game, I don't think you will see much effect from the PR manager.
