what skill does 1 on 1 training pop? i have never trained it because i was scared it may train something useless. if someone could reply and help me see what it actually does that would be helpful. thx

based on a young trainee and a level 5 coach:

One on One
Guards:
Trains DV @ 2-3 weeks
Trains HN @ 3-4 weeks
Trains JS @ 3-4 weeks

Forwards:
Trains DV @ 1.8 weeks
Trains HN @ 2.3 weeks
Trains IS @ 4-5 weeks
Trains JS @ 4-5 weeks

Team: (78242.4)
Trains DV @ 4 weeks (3 if skill is very low)
Trains HN @ 4-5 weeks
Trains IS @ 14-16 weeks
Trains JS @ 14-16 weeks

now why the hell does handling go up quicker for forwards than guards?
lol
does this mean when i train one on one i should train forwards rather than guards? regardless of height?

No idea to be honest... Whoever created that list, had a reason to use these numbers, I suppose.
That difference could result as well from a small sample size so I wouldn't change my training regime just because of that...
