ya, im training him with 4 other players in jump shooting lol

I made my guy 30 in parrot spreadsheet and set him to train JS only.... 10 years no pop.
You do get a salary increase :-)

That's advanced age. I'd go as far to say it's imposIble. Because at that age, his stats will likely DECREASE faster than they train. They will start to go down in stats so no, don't train him. Players stop training at a reasonae rate at around 26, 27, then if might take whole seasons for a pop or two.

train him to be a greeter at WalMart. Work on his smile skills; make sure his stamina is good enough to stand on his feet for two hours at a time; he will have to handle more traffic as the economy improves, but his salary will drop. His enthusiasm will fall to zero.

Coach Parrot's Spreadsheet has helped get me started. Its found here: (119279.1) and the concepts are discussed here: (116609.1)

I make due with the excel version, but expect to spend some time getting it to work for you.
