Before the end of a season I asked for players to pick first - 7, 2, 19, 24, 48

The point is that scouts marked most of these players by 5 stars and they in fact sucks.

Second point is that nobody from our league picked players they really wanted! See the table, it seems like "edit draft order" doesn't work! So what is this draft about??

What exactly did you expect to get out of the draft?

Judging by the salaries of your drafted players, you got three pretty good picks.

If you expect superstars out of the draft, you'll be sorely disappointed.

I see

but I didn't wanted these players - see the preferences (the last number on the table) - I got weak ones and this player 48 which I picked too has preferences 30 and should be mine according to "edit draft order"

if the scouts do such a mistakes that 5 stars players have in fact preferences like 1 (see table - players 7,2,19,24), I will not give any money to them for such a work

so this means you got your 1st, 2nd and 5th choices
so players 7,2 and 58 in your table.

I'd say that was a highly successful draft for you

Preference number is the number you gave the pick by placing it first, second, third on your list.

Draft worked ok as I see it.

I'm sorry, this is my first draft and I doesn't knowed that preference 1 is the best and 30 worst...

Anyway it is so strange that I picked players 6, 22 and 38 while I ordered something else

and is also strange that players 6 and 22 had a two or three stars and was marked like C and players 2 and 7 was A and A+ and are the same..

don't tell me that it is not a bug:)

You were the 6th team to pick in each of the 3 rounds. That means that the players you picked were the 6th, 22nd and 38th pick of your series draft as indicated by the first number to the right of them.

The 2nd number is the number for the preference that you had them in your draft order. This means you got your 1st, 2nd and 5th choice pick as you had them setup in your draft order.

This means your list's #7 player (who you had 1st in your draft order) was your 1st pick, which was the 6th pick in the first round, 6th overall pick. Your list's #2 player (who you had listed 2nd in your order) was picked with the 6th pick in the 2nd round, 22nd overall pick in your draft. Your list's #48 player (who you had listed 5th in your order) was picked with the 6th pick in the 3rd round making him the 38th overall pick in your draft.
