I saw a couple of top notch players got sold this weekend, and I didn't realize they were even on the market.
Justin Knowles and Darryl Gardner were both great American players (which we all need) and have played in this division for a while. Doesn't it make sense to try to keep them here? And woudn't it add to the competitiveness of this division when the team that buys that player goes against his old team? The answer is yes.

So, new rule: When you have a a player for sale post here. Don't name the player, lest we run afoul of the forum rules, just post a witty comment.

roger that.

I don't mind usually. I tend to check the rosters of III.4 for that very reason. Vernon Partridge was the 11th pick of the Season 8 draft by Tachenko when I bought him post-draft. Of course, it would have been even cooler had my team not gone 1-3 since the transfer against Tachenko. Partridge was only solid against them last season but the two seasons prior he was subpar and the first season he was playing mostly scrimmages.

hahaha good idea, i was gonna post something that i was transferring him, but i forgot and ayways you didnt want him he was an underachiever, despite his skill he always shot poorly. I would have liked to keep him for training, but i need a true starting pg, and hopefully ill have enough cash remaining for a new sub sf.

Would love to pick up Sean Ryan to compliment my guards........................too bad I don't have the flow. I always hated playing him. If he didn't get in foul trouble he kicked my rear end.

Yeah, I want Sean Ryan, too, but that price tag is far too heavy for me, lol. I'm afraid that Vernon Partridge is going to be too heavy of a contract for me next season that I'm going to have to unload him.

I think you had Partridge when we were both in D IV and you beat me by 30..................If I remember correctly I didn't care too much for Partridge then at all...........had nobody to guard him. That being said I would take him if I had the spare cash laying around.

No, I snagged Partridge during Season 8 I believe off Tachenko (he was Tachenko's first draft pick that off-season). My first ever matchup against you, I had Howard Mackenzie (one of my favorite veterans) and Scott Dennison (a good potential player that never lived up to that potential since I was training Capps and Cantrell.

whoever you had you whipped my tail pretty good, but if you are good you always learn from bad losses.
