Im the number one team in my league, 8-0 playing a 6-2 #2 placed team in the other division.... they run a full court press defence and i run a princeton offense... will this work? if not, what do i do? thanks!

Do not run princeton. Either play run and gun or look inside.

a) Play run and gun if you can shoot threes.

b) Play look inside if you can pass and you have good PF and C

Your center being a good passer (which is probably because other Cs don't have great pressure skill) is not going to help you for LI. For LI you need your PG to be able to pass the ball to your C and PF. However, a PF with good driving is also helpful. If you are good at threes, jack em up.

Push the ball is also a good option if he has a rounded team

The OP said he is playing against a team that plays FCP for defense.

A fast paced tactic is more beneficial against FCP than a slow paced (princeton) tactic as the more you pass the ball around looking for shots, the more likely you are to turn the ball over

I beg the differ, if you play a slow paced offence your players take it easy and look for good passes (to beat the FCP) instead of increasing the pace like hell and try to run through the FCP.. which isn't the easiest thing to do if your facing a good FCP :P
Correct me if im wrong, haven't done any "studies" on this :P

This was debated for ages in another thread more people tended to think fast paced was better but slow paced did get some support. I think it depends how good your offensive flow is. If you have good passers then you might try and beat the FCP using a slow tactic. If your passing isn't that good then a fast paced offense seems like the better option.
