At this point there is only beta testing of a software tool that may end up being useful for this. See the "assist - first testing" thread in the global forum.

Assist doesn't help when there are no values for each position... How's a beginner supposed to figure that out?

Experience, testing, experimenting, etc...same as the rest of us did when we started. Nobody has this down to a science.

You just have to look at their skills, best position, DMI and practice this week (aka form) and put out who you think is best then compare their performances over time.
