One of my guys was injured on thursday, and he's healed as of today. However, when I go to set my lineup for tonight's game, he shows up at red in the player list.

Same thing happens to me.
Initially he was injured for 3 weeks, then went down to 2 weeks after one update, and now it doesn't list him as injured, but he's red on the player list.
