Suggestion:
Remove Enthusiasm stats from game ratings after match. I mean "Your Team Effort For This Game".

What would change:
There will not be anymore TIE-TIE arrangements. Why? -Noone would be sure what his opponent played, and believing that he played TIE too would be too risk;

How it benefits us:
The game would be more fun. Especially in top league, where teams "arrange" almost every match!
Anyway there is no need to see what your opponent played. If you are good manager, you will know that.
Game would be also more realistic;

I like the idea, it will make things much harder though. I think that I should stll be able to see what enthusiasm my team put in, I just think the line "XX team put more in to the game than YY" should disappear. That way each team can still keep track of what enthusiasm level they played at, but other teams can't.

Also effort doesn't affect match ratings (that's what I've been told) and so managers should be able to deduce from the ratings (generally not always) what the effort ratings were.

Also you wouldn't be able to scout another team and realise they have higher or lower or the same enthusiasm as you which could make things interesting.

From what I know effort does have an effect for match ratings.

About the scouting, could be possible that every match you play at home, you could see also opponents effort, but not the opponent. So you could see if TIE agreement were correctly done, but he dont.
Better would be if you pay for the scouting and just pick the match you would like to see in the future like this, but the same thing could not be done by your opponent.

Yeah I am not sure if effort does affect it, I was just saying that I had been told by various people in the help forum that enthusiasm affects ratings but effort does not.

I think it would be better to have it that you can never see the effort of the opponent, or you can always see it, there shouldn't be cases where you can see it on home court or something like this.

personally i would say it affect the match rating of the next match, the current one is unaffected.

But i don't like the suggestion, because this will confuse also a lot of manager when they try to explain their results.

Personally if I would get 1st league hopefully sometimes, I would not like to see that I have to do TIE agreement with others just because everyone do it. Do that over and over "will you accept to TIE next match with me?" "ok" over and over again, this is so boring.

The point that manager cannot deduce team effort doesnt mean that his match reading will be completely lost. In fact, if he knows something about the game, he could figure out that there could be something messed with others team effort, while he ended up like this.
This doesnt affect the game itself, because you doesnt know opponents effort before game anyway and after-match analysing are complicated anyway.

Well, but I have no plan to move there even if it is close. There are too nice highways, I would get spoiled.

are you sure, that in your country they only make deals? To be honest, for me deals only make sense in rare cases, when i play against a superior opponent i would loose if i play TIE vs TIE - so without a deal i could try it and hope the opponent plays tie because he feels superior or play TIE and get the pos. effect of the TIE without doing my opposition a favour.

When i am superior, the opposition knows that they don't gain anything through the deal with the same argumentation, so it only makes sense in rare cases and normaly most managers know that.

I absolutely don't agree with your proposal.
What kind of strategy can you invent,if you doesn't know nothing about you and your adversary?
Your ability as manager should be to understand the way adversaries play,and modify yoru strategy,loking also at your schedule.
TIE-TIE arrengements would be exist also with your proposal,you cannot check if your adversary respect the deal with you,so your proposal would not be discouraging that.And knowing after the game if your adversary respect the agrrement,doesn't change your strategy.But it will penalize the managers who care about also enthusiasm in their plan for the season
