This player (9537446) has played every match this season and leads on the national stats on scoring. If you play 48 minutes per match, the result is mediocre game shape and that's it. There could be more effective consequences for pushing so hard on one man? Is it possible to have that happen in a real team? I suggest even lower game shape, greater possibilities for injury or maybe fewer points per match as a consequence of such rat race.

Older than the rest ...

If he plays 48 minutes a game he already has a greater chance of being injured.

Yeah though I am quite surprised he is on average GS.

If he has been playing full minutes since the start of the season, I'd be expecting something closer to awful/inept GS.

He must be extremely lucky

I suggest even lower game shape

Either he's training GS or gotten a lucky update

greater possibilities for injury

As it was stated in the other reply more minutes does result in a greater injury chance

fewer points per match as a consequence of such rat race.

He's already scoring less points due to playing 48 the reason he's number 1 is more due to the fact that there is no player in his league that can stop him.

Why should there be further consequences if you play a guy 48 minutes? You only see it done in the lower leagues, when you get to the higher divisions the current consequences on their productivity already cause the vast majority of teams not to do it.
