Hey, I couldn't help noticing the similarities between BuzzerBeater and Hattrick. I was wondering if you guys (creators of BB) were/are also involved in the creation/administration of HT.
Regardless of that, I would like to suggest also that you use the experience from HT to avoid committing some of the mistakes there. For example, the rating of the players in the game here is nice. Another suggestion based on that experience is to try to control better the salaries, the market, and the whole economy. Because in HT a lot of users are crashing right now because the market in the game has simply collapsed. "Brilliant" players used to cost 2.5 million euros and now cost nothing. Its impossible to keep up the high salaries of players now, because we don't make enough money out of selling trained players. So I believe you can gather feedback from other HT players here to try to find a way to prevent that from happening here.
Maybe the salary curve should not be so exponential, or maybe you should make more money out of arena and sponsors when you have a great (high division) team, so you wouldn't depend so much on training-and-selling. But then again, that could increase the difficulty of teams that start low to make their away up, and we also don't want that... I understand, it's complicated..
