Hey guys, im currently train 3 guards with one position training. Can anyone tell me how to allow these 3 players to get maximium training minutes. i have tried before put one of them in the starting lineup, backup as well as reserve, but in the end i only get 28 mins. does it have to do with stamina,? cos my repectable stamina guards receive 48 mins, average stamina guard receive 41 mins, and the medicore stamina guard only receive 28 mins. anyone pls help?

I do the same that you say trying to get 48 minutes per player and i usually get it if there are no injuries or fouled out. I suppose stamina is important but do you set "Strictly follow depth chart"?

I don´t know:)
As i told you i use the same strategy and i usually get it, sometimes they get fouled or injured and once a player missed 1 minute but it works. I suppose it´s a stamina problem.
It´s important to dress only 9 players if you want one of them to get 48 minutes.
Best regards.

It is not necessarily a magic number like 9 players.

It is more the fact you need not have excess players on your squad that are capable of playing minutes at your trainee's position.

e.g. if you are training PG then set your player to play PG in starter, backup and reserve. Set strictly follow depth chart. Set let them play through foul trouble. AND make sure you do not have another player on your roster that is capable of playing PG that is unassigned. Otherwise, If you are in a blowout, this player would get subbed on.

Its true, but Neverland says that he sets all the orders as you´say.

AND make sure you do not have another player on your roster that is capable of playing PG

This is a very interesting tip.

I got my system to work pretty well.

- Only 9 players selected to game
- No players on reserve slots

Like this for PG training:

Pos: Starters__Backup
PG: Player A__ -
SG: Player B__Player BB
SF: Player C__Player CC
PF: Player D__Player DD
C: Player E__Player EE

I have a question:

If i want to train passing to my PF or SF, i set one of them in a game as PG (starter, backup and reserve)to get +48 and train passing to PG. I dress 9 players, setting the other 8 at the 4 positions as starters and backups.
Stamina is respectable, supposing no injured or fouled out, i set strictly follow depth chart and let the players play through foul trouble, etc.

Is he going to be replaced at any time by other player who could play as PG better than the PF/SF?

Because i think that it´s possible to give these orders trying to give different trainings to any player.
Cheers.

I would still expect him to get 48 minutes (or very close) but the coach can do strange things. There might be 1 minute left on the clock and the scores are tied, he would probably move players around to positions they are best at to try and win the game. There is nothing you can do about this besides what you have already said to do.

Yes, i know, it happens more often than i expected but sometimes the coach forgets to do it and the player gets +48, it´s great!!
