He is also in last place with a 2-10 record
EDIT: Yes, I am aware of the fact that I can't count. I forgot an 18 year old but he has bench warmer potential and sucks like everyone else.
Double edit: Sorry, didn't realize I was still logged in under his account. THe team link is actually this account's team link

this team is a big mess but it isnt too late - it is never too late

he still has his starting money which is good dont spend any yet

1) Training - it is horrible there is not one player worth training, in fact I would sack most of them before the economic update and seeing that you dont have a serious game until next saturday it is a great week to clean house

seriously this is one of the worst rosters i have ever seen when you sort by age you see how bad things are for training
age pot sal
18 1 2000
19 6 2000 Robby Okeefe
19 0 2000
21 1 4000 Lynn Bingham
21 1 2000
22 1 1000

i would sack right away all but Robby and Lynn i would never train either of those guys but if you want a long term project maybe train Robby

So you need to buy 2-3 trainees. You want minimum salary $3500, minumum potential all star and some good skills
choose guards SFs or bigs spend a maximum of $100,000 on each you can get guys better than yours for $1,000

then buy a level 4 trainer should be able to get one for less than $10,000

2) real players
Lynn Bingham
Melitón Babau
Scott Brewer
Weston Bruno
Jonathan Ambler

these are your 5 highest salaried players i would keep them unless they had a particular flaw

look through your list and choose one more guy you like as well as robby

then SACK the rest! they are garbage worth less that $1,000 trying to sell them and keeping them another week will cost you money

you now have 7 guys now buy some real players

you can get solid old players in the positions you are training for $50,000 or less with respectable in some of the key skills buy 1-3 of these

so 7 of your old guys + 2 trainees +2 old vets = 11 man roster which will be much better and cheaper

with luck you spent $200,000 in total and still have enough money to look on the tl for future bargains

good luck you need it

i agree that you should cut or sell everyone that you can and get something for them before the next update. everyone that is under 2500 in salary should just be cut since no one will buy them. since you are a new team i would not buy anyone with a greater potential than star/allstar because you will have to spend too much money as a new team to get those players. once you get a couple of players that you feel that you can train (preferably 18/19 yrs old) fill out the rest of the roster with veterans because they will come cheaper and will perform pretty well in a lower division. make sure that the two trainees that you get are complementary positions i.e are a sg and pg or a c and pf. the rest of the roster should be build with bargains and guys that you feel can help you this year and beyond. guys between 22 to 29 should be guys that you can target to fill out the roster. remember you goal should be to stay in your league this year and build on that success. once you accumulate money you can start expanding your arena and buying better starters.

also i dont know if you know this but you should try and train 4 to 5 players with heights that fit their optimal training conditions. good luck and i hope that this helps you out. this is gonna be a marathon not a sprint for you especially since you are going to be starting from scratch.

One of the worst starting teams ever, while others start with 18 year old $5,000 salary MVPs. Ah well. I actually think you should buy the trainer and two trainees then tank for the rest of the season. Spend as much as you can afford on scouting ($20,000 a week would be good) and try to get an amazing draft pick.

If you have 3 players you are training in one position and you don't care about winning then you should be able to get them 48+ minutes each most weeks.

Aim for 7th. This gives you the best possible draft pick as well as some more relegation games, but don't worry you can't be relegated, you are already rock bottom.

Still not allowed. Please try to avoid it in the future. But just make sure you don't buy players from each other.
