Please could any of you give me some advice on how I should train this player for the rest of the season. I am training three Cs but this player will my priority. I realise that I probably paid too much or him but I want to make him the building block of my team until such time as I can no longer afford his salary.

I realise that I need to get his RB up fast but if you could offer me any advice on his training for the remainder of the season then that would be greatly appreciated.

Weekly salary: $ 3 111

DMI: 12800
Age: 18
Height: 7'0" / 213 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: atrocious Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: atrocious Handling: respectable
Driving: pitiful Passing: atrocious
Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: average Free Throw: inept

Experience: atrocious

Many thanks for any help that you have offered.

Mark.

I use motion and man to man.

I want him dominate the paint so I guess RB,ID, and SB is important, although lots of people don`t seem to like training SB. So I know what to train but was wondering should I just train RB week after week.

train Some shot blocking, because if you have more well rounded skillsin a certain area then you will train faster. Dont go crazy though. And i suggest you should also train IS. Due to your tactics, not as high as ID or RB, however iif you ever change your tactic, or decide to sell him, added inside shot will really help.

Good luck.
