I think we would be able to help more if you listed the potential of each player.
:)

I would chose for the second one.
Your C and PF are looking good...so that's not the problem.
The majority of the shots is taken by the SG (and maybe SF/PG), so it's always interesting to train on JS.
--> It will go fast if you train your PG's first, because they are only 20-21 yrs old.

Your PF, as you say, needs more JS! But also your youg guards!

Why don't you give for the three of them Jump Shot training? Of course you would have to play you PF in a guard position but you could easily do it on the scrimage!

Other option would be train 1 x 1 for forwards that trains JS, IS, HD and DR. You could play your guards as SF and your PF as PF and they would improve in the secundaries really fast (specially Driving) and have some pops on JS and IS.

The last option, and this would be my favourite, is making 1x1 for forwards and JS training. And you could even try to choose beneficial weeks (with less strong oponents) for the train that could cost you more wins!

But is just an opinion ;)

Thank you Penguin.
Today's Jump Shot Training went really bad! No pop ups at all. I'll continue One on One/Forwards for the next 3 weeks.

Jump Shot trains very slowly,be patient...they will eventually pop.
+You got some old players, so they will not pop that easily.

I think you have the wrong notion of a young/older player!

Why 20 years old are older trainees?
Will you tell that to U21 players? "find other players because that ones are old"?

He has two 20 year old players and one 21 year old that he wants to train. Thats perfectly fine and I am sure they can turn nice players anyway!

Here's another idea, I need your opinions:
Till the end of the season I train the 3 Big Men's secondary skills (Driving, Jump Shot) and 2 weeks I train FT and Stamina.
Then I either draft or buy a rookie with great potential of being an SF and train him till season 14. So, till season 14 I will train both Big Men and Guards.
