First player i would say SG, OD is pretty low though. Second player maybe SF seeing he has ok OD and ID.

The best answer is that you want to play the 19-year old at a position your are training, and the 25-year old at a spot you are not training.

first player could play 3 positions

center half bench
left right out
middle transfer list

second player is really good and young enough to become a solid SF but rebounds still need work before you concentrate on the outside skills
