Has there ever been any thought to a small training bonus for training the same players for longer periods of time? I've only been playing for a couple seasons now, but I see so much flipping of players - turns the game into more of a stock exchange than a basketball game. In my mind, those who make the effort to develop their own talent should receive some sort of reward for it.

Thoughts?

In a way you are rewarded for sticking to your players.

Your merchandise revenue is higher if your star players have been playing for your team for a long time or if you have even drafted them yourself.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.
