I read the rules and could';t find anything on that so here is my question:

when you replace a member of your staff how is the indemnity (that you have to pay to the guy you just fired) calculated? My doctor asks for 11 000 (I want to downgrade from 6 to 3), while my PR for 8000 (keep same level but with a new guy who wants lower salary) is this normal?

If you are asking how much you have to pay the staff member you are firing, it is one weeks pay. So whatever amount he is getting paid per week is how much you have to pay him when you hire new staff.
