This from my most recent fan survey:

The team played well the last time they were on TV: 4.5 balls
The team played well in our last game against Janecas, our hated rival: 5 balls

My last game on TV was against my hated rival! How can there be different ratings? Did the game look different on TV? :P

The results are based on a small sample of fans, and may not accurately represent the feelings of all of your team's supporters.


I doubt the difference in merchandise and ticket sales is going to be affected much by half a ball. Especially when you're talking about 4 1/2 vs 5.

Ball ratings are slightly randomized -- you can assume that the PR manager interviewed a different set of fans for each question, if you wish.

Yeah, I'm not worried or complaining about revenues. The different samples hypothesis does make sense. But it's no big deal, just something that I found weird :P
