Player 1 is a better PG. Player 2 can be a SG or possible a SF if your using an outside offense.

The first player has more jumpshot and more range so that makes him more suitable to SG, but the second player has just mediocre handling.

player one is just plain a better guard pg or sg, but if youre playing an inside oriented offense put player one at point because he will be on the ball more and player 2 will be less involved.

It is upto you as how u want to use your players.If you want your 1st player to score more points then you should place him on the position of SG.
but i would suggest you to use your first player in the position of PG because he has prominent handling compared to mediocre of the 2nd.
