How should I approach this player. I'm thinking get him to prolific in OD next season(his sublevel is high) and get him to prominent in passing before I start working on his ID. What do you think? Also, what should I do with his mediocre JS and awful IS? And yes I know he's behind but he was drafted at 19 so what can you do...

Yeah...I want him to be balanced but more outside focus. I'm going for essentially a 3 guard line-up that's based on Flow, and I think his versatility could be the key when it's done. JS isn't hindered by height from what I understand.

Yeah he seems to be well balanced. Some JS training (maybe later) wouldn't hurt, but when training IS JS should also get a boost as a secondary skill
