Hi,

First of all, I'm sorry, i don't really know if this is allowed. I was looking for help from the more experienced players for a particular game. I'm playing in the Semis against the best team in the league. I've been trying to figure out whether i should play motion, low post, or look inside. Also, 2-3 or man to man.
I have similar ratings to my opponent, but he's got better players. The thing to consider would be that he usually plays 2-3 zone and look inside. Ii think i can exploit that. Here are some of his rats(BOTH SIDES are his stats, but from different games):

(22747024)(20859250)
Look Inside Offensive Strategy Look Inside
2-3 Zone Defensive Strategy 2-3 Zone

mediocre (low) Outside Scoring inept(high)
respectable (low) Inside Scoring respectable(low)
awful (medium) Perimeter Defense awful (medium)
average (low) Inside Defense mediocre(high)
mediocre (high) Rebounding mediocre (medium)
inept (low) Offensive Flow inept (low)

Now MINE

(22747025)
Offensive Strategy Look Inside
Defensive Strategy Man to Man

Outside Scoring inept (low)
Inside Scoring respectable (low)
Perimeter Defense inept (medium)
Inside Defense mediocre (high)
Rebounding mediocre (medium)
Offensive Flow inept (high)

(20859241)
Offensive Strategy Low Post
Defensive Strategy 2-3 Zone

Outside Scoring inept (low)
Inside Scoring respectable (medium
Perimeter Defense awful (medium)
Inside Defense mediocre (medium)
Rebounding mediocre (low)
Offensive Flow mediocre (low)

(22616435)
Offensive Strategy Motion
Defensive Strategy Man to Man

Outside Scoring mediocre (high)
Inside Scoring mediocre (low)
Perimeter Defense inept (medium)
Inside Defense mediocre (low)
Rebounding inept (medium)
Offensive Flow inept (high)

I have one PL game today where i can try some tactic with the new pops (rebounding). I don't really know what to do, I've been thinking about it and i can't figure it out.
So, What would you guys do??

THANKS A LOT!!!!

If he always plays like that, then Motion and 2-3 for you.

By going 2-3 zone against his look inside, you do not pressure his guards an its allows easy passes to the post and then its his IS against your ID. I dont like playing 2-3 zone against look inside. If you have good enough ID just play man to man.

If you have a C with good shot blocking, 2-3 can be very effective against Look Inside. Look Inside has a lot of guard drives to the basket, and with a good shot blocker sitting down there, you can alter those shots dramatically.

I don't know the team and its players but I see that even though he playes Look Inside he has pretty much ok outside scoring

mediocre (low) Outside Scoring inept(high)

Also I see that your team gets almost the same Inside Defense either on Man 2 Man or 2-3 zone

so If I were you I would go Motion (as long he plays 2-3 zone , he has inept perimeter defense , i could suggest even a run and gun if you have good shoooting guards) and man 2 man defense (using my best inside defenders)

and by the way the strategy Look Inside makes also Guards to take some jumpers if they cannot pass the ball inside...that's why I suggest man 2 man

but always you are the one who presses the "accept" button :)

Motion and M2M looks like a good bet.

Run and Gun and 2-3. If you have a sf with good shooting and good inside defense that would obviously be optimal for both your offense and defense.

3-2 is best against his LI offence
u will foce his weak out shooting to beat you.
if u can secure the D reb u got the game.

PS get ur OD to medium

offensively
use Princeton is u have a shooting big men, and 4 ppl that can pass
use basic if u play it safe
use RnG and motion if u can outreb him
