The Problem
There are thousands of retired players with wages lower than $10 000. These players are now simply useless. They won't play basketball again in their miserable lives. Or they will?

The Suggestion
Instead of generating 18 new players for each new team, the Game Engine could simply pick randomlly 18 retired ones (with the same nationality of course).

Conclusion
This way, the work for BBs will be less, and these thousands of players won't be useless.

Not exactly. Just another opportunity for them to play. Their history page won't change. Just like in real life, when you get fired you look for another job.

Yes, but it would look kind of weird. Imagine that in season 50 you get a rookie which has 4 records like that. Does it make any difference?

However would be interresting if they would turn into staff management. So staff would have a record sometimes and that would have any influence on players. Like in real, they understand each other more if they know what is the game about.

Not rookies, dude, players for teams that go inactive and are computer-generated into new teams.

Well, I was thinking of something temporary in order to use those thousands of Free Agents. Turning them into staff is also a good idea, I like it.

This draft idea would be good, as long as the players age's would be put back to 18 year old. Otherwize, it would suck to get a 30 yo draftee.
