Are teams relegated to lower leagues randomly?

Question:

When a team is relegated from Top League and goes into one of lower divisions, is the choice of that new place pre-defined or random? E.g., does team A.8 of Top League go to II.1, and team B.8 to II.2, etc.?

(Just want to know which relegated team will be competing in my II.1 League next season...)

Another question, if you got promoted, you will gain a certain amount of cash right? What if you keep on doing this, Getting promote and demote? And you will gain 1mil extra every 2 season and first priority to pick the draft(I'm talking about div.I to div.II). Won't it be unfair?

You can do this. Although if your in a lower division you won't be getting as much money from ticket sales, tv contract and merchandise.

i got relegated and i can assure you that you loose alot more than the 1 million...
