Hello,
I would like to report what i think is a bug, and would like to have some help on this matter.
Today i checked the fans survey and the results are very different from last week, with a considerable fall in 3 of them.

Team´s perfomance this season - 3 balls
I was promoted this season to Div.II, and ended up in 2 place with a record of 14-8, and i also went to semi-finals in playoffs.
With this results i think i should have a better rating than this.

Last league game - 0,5 balls ???
This is even more bizarre, because i won my last game by 20 points (home), so i just can´t understand this rating.

Last TV game - 0,5 balls ???
Another bizarre rating, because i also won this game by 10 points (away), and have won all 3 TV games this season.

With this kind of bizarre ratings, my final rating is of 2,5 balls, when last week after the regular season end it was of 4,5 balls, and i would like to understand the reason of these changes, because i´m pretty sure they will reflect on my merchandising and maybe my fans and season tickets holders for next season.

Thanks in advance for any comments on this matter.

I'm pretty sure it's not a bug. 3 is better than average (average being 2,5). 14-8 is not really dominating record.
Last league game = playoff game which you lost.
Last TV game = every playoff game is a TV game, which you lost. Nothing wrong with your survey, sorry.

Fans don't seem to care that you just promoted, and a 14-8 record is nothing spectacular. So the assessment of your performance this season is accurate.

Playoffs count as league and TV games, therefore your 1/2 star indicates the rating for being booted from the playoffs.

Given your early exit from the Cup, your final rating seems about spot-on. Whereas your season ticket holders are concerned, your losses will affect these over the course of the season. So you've lost potential ticket holders every time you lost a game.

As for merchandising, losing games will affect your merchandise sales. That's the sad truth, unfortunately.

And with all this being said, you're probably still making more money in II than you did in III last season.

Tks for your reply.
Must say that i checked it again today and it improved to a 4 ball rating.
I agree with you that a 14-8 is not an awsome record, but i think it should consider that it´s my first season after promotion, and that i finished 2, and that the first one have a record of 16-6.
Besides that it should also consider player wages, i have a roster of 195k (3 cheapest one, the other 2 finished both 8), and i´m competing with teams of 350k rosters.

About league games, if playoff games are considered league games, then it's ok but even so it´s a bit harsh, considering my opponent´s roster and world ranking.
Same for TV games as said above.

Tks for your reply.
Fans SHOULD consider the fact i just got promoted, most team´s that get promoted in Div.II and Div.I, will most likely get demoted next season, and only a few make the playoff's, and even fewer make it to 2 place.

That record of 14-8 might not me awsome, but i only have 4 teams with better records than mine, 1 that got demoted this season from Div.I that finished 22-0 (and will be this season's champion), and 3 others with 16-6, but all of them have been in Div.II much longer than me, and all of them have much better rosters than mine.

A 1/2 star rating for losing a playoff game also seams too hard, considering that when i finished the regular season i had a 4 ball rating, and that i have won the first playoff game. Too much of a gap between the 2 ratings.

About merchandising sales, it also doesn´t always reflects the teams perfomance, because i started the season with 53k, then through out the season it went up to 58k, altough my team's perfomance fluctuated between 4th and 6th place, and then by the end of the season when i got to 3rd and then 2nd place it dropped to 52k, even lower that the initial value ???

Yes, all of this seems par for the course, even if you consider it a bit harsh. The bottom line being that there doesn't really seem to be any bug with your fan survey.

Also, do have in mind that the survey results themselves are slightly randomized, so they might be a bit above or a bit below the real feelings of your fans.

I agree its not a bug but shouldnt the fan survey have an update after the final Sunday of the season and not just the Saturday. Plenty of teams threw game 2 to get the valuable extra income that game 3 provides but the fans survey shows 1/2 ball for last TV game when in fact the last TV game was Sunday and winning this and the subsequent trophy should immediately reverse the fans anger from 24hrs previous.

Wouldn't this be solved on wednesdays update? There is no game between sunday and the next fan survey update, so no point having an extra update on monday right?

Fan survey plays a role in merchandising though, I think.

Don't know about what time your fan survey updates, but in Australia it updates at around 3pm the next day. So even if I had a Tie Breaker on sunday, the fan survey wouldn't update until 3pm on Monday, which is after the financial update, so it wouldn't make a difference to update the fan survey.
