For the moment there are only 2 candidates to be national coach... and only one serious (Mod-revo).
Le peanuts just started BB and is not the man we need at this moment...

Isn't there anybody else with some experience who wants to run for national coach (a lots of honor but very difficult)?

The person who'll get the job will have a huge task in lifting up the quality of our national team and will have to invest a lot of his time in it (which I don't have)...

I just have one question for Revo:

"Have you a staff to help you in your futur task, or you think you can manage everything by yourself (and me of course, I can continue to help for the NT even if I will concentrate my efforts to the U21 team)?"

i got a very small list of guy's (3 atm) of who i intend on asking to help out. unfortunately, one of them is currently involved in another NT team. i'll be mailing them right as soon as i'm certain to have the NT job.

hm. Intending on asking just doesn't seem good enough to me. candidate NT managers should try to be sure to have at least a few guys that WILL help. Waiting to see if you become NT manager and then contacting some people to ask for help might leave you without help...

How about the people who helped Joe? Aren't they willing to continue?

Joe, all i need from you is to do the SF's. i can do the PG/SG's, and for the C's i got a name their. just waiting till that person isn't involved in someone elses NT team...

@ GM-LoD, your comment is understandable, yet for now, it's only about 30 players that need to be monitored ( of which 15 are in the NT, and another 5 have long gone above the age of significant improvement)

so this year, it should be ok. from the U21, (i'm speaking of the guards here) there have been a few interesting guy's to follow, which i am doing. but their were no PF's that could improve to get into the NT. their was only one SF on the U21 team age 21 last season (and that happens to be my SF) and one other C, but that manager can't manage the GS of the C.

so no real changes are expected in the C category this season. however, from what i heard from Sum, their will be work for next season, so by the start of next season, i will need an extra man, preferably 2 to help me out. but the first season is covered, that i am sure off

Je ne commence pas BB et je pense avoir les compétences pour être le sélectionneur de notre beau pays qu'est la Belgique. De plus, gérer une équipe national n'a rien a voir avec gérer une équipe. Je pense être l'homme de la situation pour redorer le blason de notre équipe national.

Managers who are capable and motivated are very difficult to find in Belgium. I had posted a message 2-3 seasons ago and no reply. So I had searched out of Belgium (in France) and two managers very capable helped me, but they were not so motivated (of course it's Belgium, not France).

But in fact, for the NT, it's not necessary to be a lot. Revo and me, it was enough. The problem is more important for the U21 team. I asked to Revo what about his staff, because I won't be as present as now.

Well I'd love to help you guys, out, but there is only one problem : I don't know as much of the game as you guys do! Of course if you guys gave me some tips and tricks how to help, I would enjoy to work for our national team!! I can be very active (I wasn't on a lot lately due to exams and some busy days afterwards.)

EDIT : If you don't choose me i won't cry ^^ But i'll just try to learn more and more and come back next season ;)
