for the teams that doesn't go all the way to the final it's a crises at the end of the season because their income stops before the the end of the season while the finalist still gets income and the others accumulates debt until the first home game of the next season, I suggest that you find a way to get some revenue in a way to cover the debt from the temporary season break or at least a compensation that soften the debt if not remove it.

I'm not saying to cover the debt for every team, i'm saying only those who gained because they didn't go all the way to the final of the PO and for the time from their last home game until their first home game from the next season.

How about people start planning their economy better instead?

If you plan properly then three weeks without gate revenue should not be a crisis.

The developers should not alter the game in ways that require less planning, less thinking and fewer choices for players.

Yes, but there is a space for some matches - these which lose could play against each other for something...

personally i like it when they find a way, to reduce the finacial impact of those three weeks, this would make it also fairer betwen the 5th and the 6th and 7th placed teams and maybe don't force managers for too risky strategies^^

I believe managers should be rewarded for making playoffs. If you start handing out extra income to teams that didn't make the playoffs then you are negating a big part of the advantage of making playoffs.

Also, teams that play in the relegation series already get some income. So the only teams without income for that long is 5th and 8th place. You don't deserve any extra income for coming last. I suppose 5th place should receive something.

I think a simple solution would be to award a certain amount of money to each team at the end of the season depending on what place they came. So 1st place gets the most, followed by second, third etc etc. That way everyone gets some income, and it also makes people try and fight for a higher standing in their league.

the question is, why most the first one get a double reward, as you said before they already get good money and have the chanche to promote or win a championship.

He also don't say, that flyling out of PO not qualify for it should be an advantage, it just shouldn't be that hard difference and personally i find them pretty big ;) Thefifth placed team looses 1,5 Mio more then my team, during the offseason.

Well they came first so they deserve the reward.

Perhaps there is too big of a gap, however, perhaps the team should simply try and do better.

Another solution would be that players do not get paid salary during playoffs/offseason.

simply^^ If you beleive it or not, i believe in a league a 16 teams who try to get better that don't work for every body especially when you are saying that those guys are dumb when they don't calculate a three week breack, which actually means in my league that they just pay 5/6 of my old salary so that they don't fall back because of their season end placement.

I mean teams which are kicked out of playoff in 1st and 2nd round. They could play against each other. That would create participation in the PO even more lucrative.

In advance - best of these losers could get any subcup or something, maybe face winner from other league to get promoted?
