I would love to be able to set the number of minutes played by each player in the rotation. It would allow me to train my player without forcing players to play all 48 minutes in one game. Thus staying competitive and improving along the way. I couldn't find an improvement thread.

in the past we had thread like that(but i won't find them too), but the normal answer is that it should stay challenging to manage training minutes and that it is unlikely that this is happening.

The point that you have to put players into different postion to get an adequate training is challenging. The way that your coach is always drunk, so you have to play with no bench at that position, is just stupid.

Ok, but my point is that this is not something what looks very realistic-friendly. I mean Im not sure how to explain any of my friend that the main part of the game is to take care every game of that - your players can have accidentaly played different minutes. This can be one of the main reasons why someone quit, because it is like (for example) you are trying to play chess while in the rules is that you have to rotate your hat everytime mouse is coming to eat your figures...

sp it is more reealistic if the coach substitute all his startes with a microchrononometers and that the game is still about managing minutes because training is still very important in the beginning?

if that the problem you had to say, to get training your player has to start a game. And if he starts two his gameshape drops.

ok so you want to introduce the mouse, ina game with chess players who eat figures because some other dudes like the mouse game? And minute management is no nuclear since here, even when you could optimize it with further knowledge.

This has been said miljons of times before. Minute management is a big part of this games challenge. When you can easily set up the minutes the challenge of training and GS manageing will vanish. You need good knowledge of stamina and player differences by skill level. When they change it to "set how many minutes you want this player to play" I will certainly quit and look for a more challenging game. I believe most of the veterans of the game agree with this.

Well, that is not exactly what I mean. Could be enough if I could tell to the coach "look, this one is in the bench, but I need you to focus on him little more." So any option to set the priority even third grade "low, normal, high".

I understand that there are various factors which influences a minute management, therefore it looks challenging to you. However it is a part of the game which have to have any option to influence even by our will, because normally it is a thing which you can just say to that person and he will do it.

ok that would work better, but don't fit to your argument that people leave that game because managing minutes is so complicated because you make it evenharder to learn.
