This player can now be entered in my hall of fame, however he has only played around 25 games?

Is this a bug, or has the elegibility criteria changed?

I think you misread his "now" as "not". It sounds like the issue is a player who does not meet those requirements is able to be added.

That's correct Mod oeuftete, the player has only played about 28 games however he is elegible to join my hall of fame.
