How do you play them?

Do they play the same positions on the same game? Or does one of the player play against better defence?

For how many matches have you had this problem?

Feed us more information please!

I play the first one as PG and the second one as SG and it has been for about 4 games now.

Ok, first of all, the Shooting Guard takes more shots in a match and therefore usually scores more.

Please, check the stats from the four games and look at the ratio of scored shots and shots taken at FG and 3FG.
The one with the highest ratio is the best shooter.

You are doing the right thing to play the first player as PG since he has the upper hand in passing.

I also want to add that the second player has Strong Jump Range meanwhile your PG is only at inept. Which is a great deal for a shooter.

Does this bring any light to the subject?

If not, try playing for PG as SG for four games and see if there is any difference!

I'd imagine Stamina and FT ratings might also affect it, if only 2 pts a game...

It's also worth remembering that having one skill pumped up in a low level league is a waste since it provides diminishing returns. Having prolific JS against inept OD is probably almost as effective as having wondrous JS against inept OD. But I think the most important thing to take away from this is that one player's skills matter much less than the situations he is put in.

Id probably say the first guy's Jump range is what the difference is.
Also the positions they play, might be a bit hard to compare.

The fact that player 2's passing is awful but the first player's passing is very good makes a big difference too because that means player is having more good shots created for him whereas player 1 is having to do most of the work himself.
