I have been having problems using the site during league game days. None of the interactive pages work. Forums, BB-mail, TL, set lineup, match viewer, training, etc. When I try to click on them, I get either a blank screen that says "done" on the status bar (in Firefox) or a 404 error message or something similar. I thought I had it fixed the other day by manually clearing the cookies from each page using tools>page info>security>view cookies>delete, but it worked on Saturday only. On Tuesday not only could I not use interactive pages, I couldn't even get the front page to come up. It happens in Firefox, Explorer, Opera, and Chrome. It happens whether I am using my desktop or my laptop. It NEVER happens at work or at an internet cafe'. Only at home. It started about 2 or 3 seasons ago. I read that it might be a registry problem, so I got a registry cleaner. No help. Forrest and Charles know about the problem and have tried unsuccessfully to help me. I am hoping there might be some computer whiz out there who can offer some advice.
Thanks.

That is strange...do you have more than 1 computer at home? If so, do you experience this problem on the other computer or just this computer?
What operating system? What version of firefox?

a blank screen that says "done" on the status bar (in Firefox)

I also get this a blank screen that says "done" on the status bar (in Firefox and IE). It happens not just on BB but all other sites as well (Including Google). Sometimes i can go days without it happening, but other days the internet becomes unusable. It only started a few months ago when i up graded the PC and put Windows 7 (64 bit) on. I have 3 friends with windows 7 64 bit with the same problem.

So does the problem occur on both your laptop and desktop?

I googled and come up with this:

1. If you have RealPlayer Browser Record extension, disable it (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions). Restart Firefox and test.

The RealPlayer Browser Record extension adds some extra features like saving media files.

Be sure not to get confused with the RealPlayer plugin (Tools > Add-ons > Plugins) that plays media files.

2.

"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Menu differences: Windows: Tools > Options - Mac: Firefox > Preferences - Linux: Edit > Preferences

You can start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
See Troubleshooting extensions and themes and Troubleshooting plugins

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the Safe mode start window.
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via File > Exit (on Mac: Firefox > Quit)

3.

Ok so i fixed it, no thanks to firefox

its a Java scrip issue

i uninstalled Java ( ya cry me a river ) then i went online and got a off line install download of the latest Java and it fixed the problem

is you look in your error console it also shows Java Errors took me 3 weeks and no help from anyone other then my own nut, so everyone try that and look for the java errors

Number 1 and 3 seems to have helped some ppl with similar problems. Might be worth trying.

I was having issues. I couldn't even log in on my laptop, it just came back from the illustrious Best Buy geek squad. I'm awful with computers but either re-installing Java or downloading the newest Firefox made it start working. I would start with the advice above about Java and see if that helps.

Edit: On an added note: When trying to trouble shoot BB tech issues never ask Edju, he's useless ;)

Doen all of that and no help. A new wrinkle. I can no longer view boxscores at any time from any game while logged in. It is really taking a lot of the fun out of the game when I can no longer view the majority of the pages. Today is Sunday, not even a game day, and I am trying to look at some box scores of my buddies, but I just keep getting error messages.
