As a player, you can only view the skillset of your own team and players on the transfer list. Other teams who have players that aren't on the transfer list will have their players' skillsets hidden from opposing managers, for the purpose of protecting your tactics. For this reason, you have to copy and paste any skillsets of players you need help with, or we can't answer your question. All we can see as other players are the Salary, DMI, Height, and Game Shape.

I hope this clears things up a bit better for you.

Just to clear things up, you should by some 18-19 years old players to train, when a player is 20 years old with a salary on 3,5k, I think it starting to get a litle bitt late for that guy.
So you have to choose what to train.

Here is my suggestion:
If you not have one, buy a trainer lv 4-7.
I see you have a good SG, C and 2 PF, so you could train PG or/and SF.
But SF is hard to train, so go for a PG.
So I would have bought 2 players with balanced skills in Jump Shot, Jump Range, Outside Def, Handling, Driving and Passing.

What is important for a PG:
The important skills to a PG is: Outside Def, Handling, Driving and Passing
And Jump Shot could be useful to.
Be aware: Jump Shot, Handling and Driving trains a lot fasters then Passing and the other skils.

EDIT: You can keep Christopher Etheridge 1 or mabye 2 seasons, and train him at PG if you want, and buy a 18 years old trainee.

Mostly agree with this.

However it is hardly sound advice to tell a D5 team to get a trainer anything above lvl 4. They would not be able to afford anything higher without wrecking their finances.

As for the OP, you need to decide what positions you are going to train.

If you are training guards then focus training on Jump shot, jump range, passing, handling and outside defense

If you are training big men, focus training on Inside scoring, inside defense and rebounding.
