Your roster isn't necessarily bad, but there's room for improvement. There is very little as far as backup players, especially in the PF position. I'd suggest you look to improve there.

Fist I'd like to welcome you to BuzzerBeater, have a nice time :)
Answer:
You are rather new into the game, so you shouldnt just start to buy a bunch of new players.
You should decide what to traing and get som trainees (18-19 years old players).
And remember, they have to get over 48 min on the field in 1 week to get a complete training, thats the best ;)
You should also buy a lv 4-7 trainer.
Your roster dosn't seems so bad :) You seemd pretty luck with your starting roster.
Good Luck further away in BB

Level 4 trainer, period. Those of us in USA D V cannot possibly afford a higher level trainer, something a player from a country with less than 150 players never understands.

Be very wary of advice from coaches in small countries (Norway has less than 150 players). These people were handed teams in DII (even the top division!) and receive financial resources you and I will not see for many seasons. They do not have a clue how to play in the lower leagues.

Pick a training scheme, get a level 4 trainer and have fun!

While your advice about trainer level is solid, I think it unfair to suggest that players from small countries don't know what they are talking about. I would never suggest a player in D. V go for an expensive trainer. In fact, just the opposite. My country has but 36 active users.

Now as far as your the OP goes, I think you should cut your squad to 12 guys, 13 tops. Sell or cut Simons, Spivey and Carmichael. That's $7500/wk you will save. You are out of the Cup so there should be no trouble getting the appropriate minutes for your players. The next thing I would suggest is to not worry about adding to your roster but to concentrate on increasing your arena capacity. Making money from your arena is the key to establishing yourself financially in this game, no matter what division you play in. I see you are selling out your courtside and lower tier seats. Bump the price (say to $50 and $130) and add a few, like 5 courtside and 10 lower tier, if you can afford that. If you can't then 3 and 5 like you are doing currently. Every time a build is finished, start a new one. Add some bleachers, too, as these are your bread and butter. Even if you aren't selling them out right now, you will soon enough, especially if you keep winning.

As far as your training, I'd be training Valadez, Adam, and Ribas as much as possible. That's going to mean playing Valadez out of position, but that's what scrimmages are for.

Yes, and you have day-traded your way to lots of profit. That's why you can afford level 5 and 6 trainers in the lowest division. This is not what most people do, and certainly the Norwegian does not do that, either. He relies on his
DII income, which USA D V players cannot.

Your advice is not for the average player who does NOT want to spend his live buying and selling players.

As you say, it is a way to play the game, simply not a way I would be proud to admit too.
