What is the effect of Crunch Time versus Take It Easy? Does it just increase your percentages for everything or just specific areas -- ie. shooting, rebounding etc.

Is the any way to monitor your teams attitude or enthusiasm, like you can view your TS in HT?

You can see your team's enthusiams in the schedule page when setting up orders for a match.

I think Crunch Time increases your stats across the board while cutting into the team enthusiasm, TIE does the exact opposite.
