I don't see alot of people using full court press on defense. If it cause a lot of turnovers than I think it can distrupt an offense, but people say that it kills stamina. Is this true?

Yes. I have played against teams using FCP, and over the course of the game that ability to cause turnovers will diminish drastically, and opposition players score against the tired defense more easily

And it will also demolish your rebounding.

I recommend that you never ever use FCP as your defence if you are trying to win the game. Most teams simply do not have the players required to run an effective FCP. While you might notice a few increased turnovers in the beginning of the match this will not continue for the entire match. FCP will kill your defence, it will completely tire out your players, it will cause you to lose a lot of rebounds, and more often than not it will cause you to lose the match (unless you are a far superior team).

If you happen to have all of your starters having great OD, great ID, and great Rebounding as well as very high stamina then it might be worth trying.

Yeah, you're right, I forgot to add that. And Naker is right, it's very hard, so probably not recommended, to use FCP

If your team has a significant advantage against your opponent, using a FCP along with RnG or Push is a great way to get some gaudy stats for your players! Otherwise, it could be useful if your opponent has really terrible guards who have bad handling (high turnover rates).

Yeah, to be honest I think it's best use is probably to boost point differential if you are facing a weak team.

I used FCP last week against an undeafeated team. He had 3 of his starters for sale and none of them had passing over awful. My 3 starting guards have od over prolific, so i decided to use FCP. I was up 20 most of the game but I could not make a bucket in the 4th. The game went to OT and I won by 1. Although it killed me offensively, I caused 38 turnovers. He never stopped turning over the ball. My defense remained solid the whole game. My team has horrible stamina and my pg and sg both played all 53 minutes. So obviously that was my problem.

So my conclusion is that it can be succesful if you have great od and high stamina and your opponent is turnover prone. Only use it to take advantage of a team with weak passing... I am a weak rebounding team and there was not much difference than when I have played him in the past.
