My starting 5's stamina are as follows:
mediocre, atrocious, pitiful, awful, mediocre

Key backups' stamina:
atrocious, mediocre

How bad is this compared to other good teams? Should I be training them asap? What should be my goal? Thx

I think stamina can be quite important. Especially if your starters are a lot better than your backups.
This is a personal preference, but I like to make sure that all of my players have stamina that is at least inept, but preferably mediocre at the least.
A good time to train it is during the All star break or during the offseason as those weeks only have 2 games.

You should train if possible, stamina affects how well they perform when playing a lot of minutes

if u are pressureing your opponent, then stamina increase pressure effectiveness

if u are running then train stamina to maintain the teams's cross court speed.

if u are relying on 1 or 2 guys to score big, train stamina to keep his effect for the over all game

if u have young and high potential rookie, train stamina in the off season and all star game, because u can't get full trainning anyway.
